Welcome to My Diversity Our Strength: Breaking Gender Stereotypes in STEM

Empowering the Next Generation to Overcome Barriers

For Young People:

Are you interested in exploring the world of STEM but feel held back by stereotypes? “My Diversity Our Strength” is here to support you in breaking down those barriers. Our project is dedicated to challenging the misconceptions that limit girls’ participation in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. We offer engaging and interactive learning experiences that encourage girls to pursue their passions and consider careers in STEM. Through innovative tools and activities, you’ll find opportunities to develop your skills and discover your potential in a welcoming and supportive environment.

For Youth Workers:

Are you looking to inspire and support young people, especially girls, in exploring STEM fields? Our project equips youth workers with the resources needed to foster an inclusive and motivating environment. “My Diversity Our Strength” provides a comprehensive game-based educational framework designed to dismantle gender stereotypes and promote equal opportunities. By utilizing our tools, such as the Competence Framework, My Diversity Our Strength Compass, and the Escape Box, you can enhance your ability to deliver impactful non-formal education activities that engage and empower young learners in STEM.

About the Project:

“My Diversity Our Strength” addresses the pressing issue of gender stereotypes in STEM by providing innovative educational tools and support. Our goal is to create a more inclusive STEM landscape where all young people, regardless of gender, have the opportunity to explore and excel. We collaborate with partners across Europe to develop resources that are both practical and inspiring, aiming to make a lasting impact on youth engagement in STEM.
